What is a salon management system?
Software that runs the day-to-day of a salon in one place: the till (POS), appointments, staff and their commission, client records and reports. BeautyFlow does all of these and is built around M-Pesa and Kenyan salons.
Can my stylists log in?
Yes. Each stylist gets their own login and sees only their own services, earnings, bookings, shifts and payslips. Cashiers run the POS and see reports. Only the owner sees everything.
Does it work for more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own till, staff and reports, and you can switch between branches or see them all together.
How do I pay for BeautyFlow?
Monthly, by card or M-Pesa through Paystack. There is no contract and no setup fee — stop paying and your page drops back to the free plan. Your data stays.
Does BeautyFlow take a cut of my sales?
No. Clients pay you directly at the salon by cash, M-Pesa or card. BeautyFlow only charges the monthly plan.
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Receipts print on any printer or download as PDF.
